Course Modules: Comprehensive

Course Completion Procedures Upon completion of the course, you will return your Digital Logbook, Course Project and completed triplicate Fresno Pacific University Registration / Grade Form to the instructor in the stamped, self-addressed envelope. Be sure
that all the required information on the top portion of the Registration/Grade
Form is completed and that you have checked the appropriate Credit
or Letter Grade check box. Your signature will certify that you have completed all the course requirements and have achieved mastery of the skills introduced in the course. I will evaluate your Logbook, Project and the Reflection Statements that you e-mailed to me throughout the course and forward the registration forms to the School of Professional Studies at Fresno Pacific University in a timely manner. The Official
Computerized Grade Report will be issued by Fresno Pacific University
and sent to the address you indicated on the Registration Form. See the
